What You'll Do

As executive assistant, you’re our trusted first mate. You’ll be our executives’ right-hand support, ready to conduct research, create reports, and disseminate crucial information. You’ll keep our ship running according to schedule, managing executive calendars and acting as liaison for the executive team. You’ll receive visitors, schedule meetings, and create travel itineraries to keep the rest of our ship in order. From the captain to those still finding their sea legs, we can count on smooth sailing under your watch.

You Are

-Versatile. You’re comfortable as a leader and a follower. You can step up to manage team members, lead assistant meetings, and supervise others. When given tasks to complete, you’re self-directed and able to work without supervision.

-Quick on your feet. You thrive in fast-paced environments. You’re always at the top of your game, ready to answer questions and provide updates on the fly.

-Dependable. Scheduling appointments and updating calendars are second nature. You can manage several projects, digest information overload, and maintain files with confidential information. You’re exceptional at prioritizing, managing your time, and communicating.

-Knowledgeable. You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration (or a related field), and you’re comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
