Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our growing engineering team.

The candidate must be knowledgeable on how to define and analyze the requirements for new products. They must also be able to build plans and carry out the tests to identify issues in a software before its launch and collaborate with developers on fixes to those problems when necessary.

Other responsibilities required of the position include:

  • Perform functional, integration, regression, performance test, load and aging test, and security test for new and existing software, systems, and applications
  • Verify that software, systems, and applications function according to user requirements and conform to established guidelines
  • Develops test plans and manages the activities within a test plan to ensure objectives are met and the solution works as expected
  • Create test cases to validate a software system’s features
  • Follow and execute test schedules and plans while providing management with updates or variances to the plan
